A market, not a listing and not a broadcast list.
A business chat number ties a shop to one phone. A directory gets a shop found and stops there. A delivery platform keeps the customer. On Apti the shops and their customers deal with each other directly, and the market belongs to the neighbourhood.

Customers ask
Do I pay anything?
No. Browsing, chatting, calling and ordering are free, for every shop, for as long as you like. You pay the shop for what you buy, directly, and Apti adds nothing on top.
How do I sign up?
Get the Apti app, enter your mobile number and the OTP we send by SMS, or continue with Google. Then give your name and your area's PIN code. Next time you sign in with the same number and a new OTP.
Will shops get my number?
No. Shops reach you only in the app, and no other shop or customer can see you. You can leave or block a shop whenever you like.
There is no shop near me yet. Can I still join?
Yes. Your Shops tab says so and lets you suggest a shop you know. We tell you when a shop opens near your PIN code, and you earn Gold when a shop you suggested is approved.
Shop owners ask
How do I list my shop?
Tap List your shop here or in the app, sign in with your mobile number and an OTP, and fill in your shop. It is set up at once; you can add products, offers and your team while Apti's team checks it. Customers find it in search and on the map once it is approved, and we tell you in the app and on the web.
Does Apti take a cut of my sales?
No. Payments go from the customer to your own UPI account. Apti is free for shops for now, with nothing per order, and the plans from 2027 are flat monthly prices.
I run a pharmacy. Can I list?
Yes, after the licence check. Chemists, clinics and labs appear to customers only once licensed. Customer chats with a pharmacy are treated as health data with a consent step.
Who sees my address?
Customers who have joined your shop, and anyone browsing the map if your spot is shown. Services that come to the customer can hide their spot and show a radius instead.
Why would I invite the shop next door?
Because a market with more shops brings more customers than one shop alone. Every customer a neighbouring shop brings in sees the whole market, including you. And you earn Gold when a shop you invited is approved.

Shops near you, by distance
Home shows the shops you use, the kinds of shops in your market and the shops near you. The Map tab shows them around you, and shops that deliver to your address are marked.
Ask before you buy
Is it in stock? What does it cost? Can you send a photo? Chat with text, photos and voice notes, or call in one tap where the shop takes calls. Send a photo of the prescription and get a voice note back.
Order in the chat
Pick items from the shop's catalogue with its prices, and the shop confirms. Every step is one line in the same chat. No cart and no checkout.
Pay the shop, not a platform
The shop sends a payment request with its UPI link and QR; you pay from your own UPI app or in cash. Apti never holds your money and adds nothing on top.
Delivery you can watch
Shops that deliver show their fee, the order value above which it is free, and the minimum order. While their staff deliver, you see the pin move in the chat: on the way, arrived, delivered.
Your addresses, your choice
Keep more than one address, such as home and office, and choose which one a shop sees. A shop that comes to you asks once; a shop you only visit never needs it.
Offers only when you look
Offers from the shops you follow sit on the Offers page and on your Home, with the price and how long they last. Nothing is pushed into your chats or calls.
Your number stays yours
Shops reach you in the app, never on your number, and no other shop or customer can see you. Leave or block a shop whenever you like.
Gold and Silver
Suggest a shop you know, or share your link. When the shop is approved or a friend joins, you earn Gold or Silver, with levels, badges and your district's leaderboard, where no one's name is shown.

The question, the photo, the order, the payment request and the delivery all stay in your chat with that shop. Whoever is on duty at the shop answers, and you never need anyone's number.

What is a team login?
One person who can answer for your shop. The owner counts as one, and several phones count once.
How do call minutes work?
Only calls with your customers count. Minutes start fresh each billing month and do not carry over. When they run out, customers can still message you, and a call in progress is never cut off. For more minutes, move up a plan.
Stamp cards
Give a stamp for a visit or a purchase, and a reward of your choice when the card is full. Stamp cards are on every plan.

Pay for your shop's plan
For AptiMart shop owners and co-owners. Sign in with the same account you use in the Apti app. No shop on Apti yet? List your shop in the Apti app first.
Test mode: no real money is taken. Use Razorpay's test cards or test UPI ID.
One payment gives your shop the plan for 30 days. Nothing renews by itself. Payments are handled by Razorpay; Apti never sees your card or UPI details.
Tentative prices per month for shops, GST included, from 1 January 2027. Until then Apti is free and nothing is charged. Before any plan starts, we tell shop owners in the app at least 30 days ahead, with how to take one. Customers never pay, before or after.
From then, a shop also pays a one-time, non-refundable verification fee of ₹199 (GST included) when Apti's team reviews it for approval. A shop that isn't approved may be fixed and sent once more without paying again.
